Customer Service Representative

CARSTAR Collision and Glass is looking for an exceptional individual that is CUSTOMER FOCUSED and great at providing a superior customer experience to join our organization as a Customer Service Representative (CSR).

About the Role:
The CSR plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to customers and business partners. This role requires a team-oriented person with a great attitude, good computer skills and problem solving ability. The CSR works with all other departments in the facility to ensure the company delivers quality services to its clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Handle all phone traffic, per guidelines of the CARSTAR store, in a polite, courteous and cheerful manner
  • Schedule customers for estimates, vehicle repairs, and vehicle pick-ups
  • Monitor purchase orders and receive parts upon receipt
  • Communicate with customers and insurance companies on the status of repairs
  • Arrange the booking and returning of rental cars for customers
  • Prepare and distribute customer invoices
  • Maintain management system & job costing
  • Enter daily time cards for payroll
  • Adhere to overall company procedures & processes

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education
  • Possess highly efficient work ethics and a good work attitude
  • Must exhibit professionalism and a team spirit
